RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygiene nature of the products, we are not currently accepting returns.

Only under the proof of extreme hardship, we might consider items returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers must contact us in advance to see if you're qualified to receive a return number and return label. Please note:

>Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached). >Merchandise received after the 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
All returns and replacement orders will be charged a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team.
